BeatBoehner.com; Dem's Justin Coussoule Comes Out Swinging For Ohio 's 8th District

House Minority leader John Boehner's Democratic opponent for the Ohio 8th District, West Point grad and former Army officer Justin Coussoule, may not have paid for it. But he is reaping the benefits of the billboard pictured above of Boehner in his backswing, leaving the impression to some that Boehner played golf 119 times last year.

The billboard, placed on I-75 in Cincinnati, was paid for by Blue America, a progressive PAC. Howie Klein, the PAC's founder, wanted the billboard targeted to voters in Boehner's home district. The PAC is trying to unseat high profile Republicans in selected districts, and Boehner may be the biggest fish of them all....and he may be the toughest one to unseat.

Boehner's camp issued the following statement....

“Congressman Boehner held seven golf events last year, not 119. He did hold 119 events in the District and across the country to benefit conservative candidates, including receptions, meet-and-greets, rallies, speaking engagements, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, but only seven were golf outings. Any assertion to the contrary is false.”

One thing the billboard has done is make people ask just how many times did Boehner really play golf last year?

Also.....how does he keep that natural looking suntan year round?

One thing's for sure....the billboard has gotten some attention from local, state, and national media.
