Tom Sizemore

Tom Sizemore
Actor Tom Sizemore has been questioned by Los Angeles police regarding the disappearance of a 25-year-old female friend, his manager tells the New York Daily News. The LAPD says Megan Lacy Wren was last seen March 31, but Charles Lago, Sizemore’s manager, tells the newspaper he saw Wren at the actor’s apartment April 25.  Lago says Wren left the apartment and Sizemore spent the next week filming a movie and never saw her when he returned.

Lago says Sizemore has cooperated fully with police and even offered to let investigators search his home, but they said that wasn’t necessary.  Lago went on to say, “It’s my understanding he is not a suspect.”

TMZ describes Wren as Sizemore’s girlfriend and claims she has been living with the Saving Private Ryan star for six months prior to her disappearance, but Lago insists the two are not romantically involved.  He tells the Daily News, “She’s a girl he’s known for a long, long time, but she’s not Tom’s girlfriend.  She used to live in the same building...He tried to help her.”

That help refers to Wren’s reported battle with drug addiction, a struggle Sizemore shares.  Wren's father, Bill Wren, tells KABC-TV, his daughter has struggled with drug addiction and was recently hospitalized with a serious staph infection.  Bill Wren says, “She’s been in treatment before. [Sizemore] was trying to talk to her and help her get into a treatment for drug addiction.”

As for Sizemore's battle with addiction, Lago tells the Daily News that the actor is doing well and “has been clean and sober for almost two years.”
